Holiday and Permanent Vans For Sale
At Victor Harbor Holiday and Cabin Park, you can become an Annual Site Holder, enabling you and your family to enjoy the park and the local area throughout the year in your very own, private, holiday accommodation.
There are many benefits to having an annual van: the biggest one being that you don’t have to book accommodation ahead of time; there is no need to pack up the car and bring everything with you and you can holiday whenever it suits you.
Annual Site Holders
At Victor Harbor Holiday and Cabin Park, you can become an Annual Site Holder, enabling you and your family to enjoy the park and the local area throughout the year in your very own, private, holiday accommodation.
Site holders pay an annual tariff (paid in monthly instalments) as well as utilities. Up to 8 people can occupy the site at any one time. Friends and family of Site Holders are welcome for a small nightly charge. The current new monthly site for up to 8 people is $400 per month plus electricity for 150 nights

Permanent Site Holders
Permanent Site holders can enjoy the park and its facilities year-round. There are no charges for Council rates, water, body corporate fees- just one weekly fee plus your electricity. The current weekly site for 2 persons for all new tenancies is $190 per week.
