Two Swimming Pools
Our brand new resort style pool was opened in 2023. This huge pool is 250,000 litres and 65m around. One half is under shade and there's also plenty of poolside seating, sun lounges and picnic tables. The main pool starts at just 10cm deep so little ones can splash play, right down to 1.8m at the deepest point. Our original pool will also remain open giving guests two areas to swim.
Pump Track
A Modular Pumptrack is brilliant fun for all ages. So….be sure to bring your bikes, scooters, skateboards or blades and test out our new 48-metre long track. Hours of fun for the whole family.
Hungry Harbor
Open Friday and Saturday nights and during peak times and school holidays our very own onsite takeaway serves drinks, snacks, popcorn, hot chips, fish and chips, ice creams, donuts and more!! Check out the menu here
Bikes for Hire
Who's keen for a ride. There's so many great bike paths around Victor Harbor. It'll take you around 10 minutes to ride into town from the park.
Tandem Bike Hire - 2 hours $30 (additional hours $10/hour)
Push Bikes - 1 hour $11/ 4 hours $24 / Day (8am to 6pm) $45
Fat Tyre Electric Bikes - available to hire
Travelling up to 25km/hour, experience all the sights of the area on an electric bike. Take a ride along a section of the 30km Encounter Bikeway network into town, or venture further afield to the bluff or Port Elliot even. Each bike has a range of 40-60km. These bikes are available to hire even if you're not staying with us at the park.

Splash Harbor Waterslides
Located across from our premium sites. Twist and turn your way down our 3m high waterslides. Our newest addition is the Hurricane tube slide, one of the only ones we know of in a Holiday Park in Australia!
Playground
Great for younger kids to burn off some holiday energy. Kids can climb, balance, swing and slide
Jumping Pillow
Our inflatable jumping pillow is always a jumping good time for kids of all ages!
Games Room
Our games room is a great place for some chill out time or some indoor play if the weather turns bad. Watch a DVD, read a book, shoot some pool or play on one of our arcade games.
50cc Scooters - available to hire
Travelling up to 50km/hour, these nifty little scooters are another great way of getting around. All you need is a current full car license to hire. You dont have to be staying with us to hire them either. 2 hours $45.00 | 4 hours $55.00 | All day $105.00
Available to hire even if you're not staying with us at the park.
9 hole Mini Golf
Fun for the “hole” family
Our 9 hole golf course adjoins our pool and water-slide area and is right Infront of our new Hindmarsh Cabins, and adjacent our Newland and Murray Cabins. The 9 hole course features some challenging holes and obstacles and is a heap of fun! An activity with no minimum or maximum age it’s a fun activity for all the family. The course is also completely free to use for all park guests.
FREE School Holiday Activities

Wood Fire Pizza Oven
Grab a base, add your favourite topping and make your very own wood fired pizza! Free for all park guests to use!
Pedal Karts - available to hire
It doesn't matter how young or old you are, our pedal Karts are so much fun. Ride on your own, or sit back and let someone do the pedaling for you on our double karts. Fun for all ages, and no license needed.
