Rare opportunity to purchase a permanent dwelling in our beautiful park on the Fleurieu.
We have 2 permanent van and annexe set-ups coming to market shortly. These rarely become available, so this is a unique opportunity not often found. One will be available to occupy in about 3 weeks (Asking $60 000), and the other about 6 weeks (asking $70 000) Inspections will be available mid-April. You own the structures and pay a weekly site fee.
Both have own bathroom with toilet and shower and are fully self-contained. The more expensive of the two is slightly larger, and is currently set up to accommodate 2 adults and 3-4 children. The smaller is set to accommodate 2-3 people in the van, with the annexe containing the bathroom, kitchen and living area.
Note these are permanent sites and not annual sites, and an agreement will be issued in keeping with The Residential Parks Act 2007 (Act) and Residential Parks Regulations 2007 (regulations) which regulate residential park living.
Weekly site fees of $165.00 per week plus electricity and supply charge.
